Sunday, May 3, 1:00 - 4:30 pm -- Let's take a swing outdoors at Moorland Golf Center! We will start with a round of mini golf outdoors followed by a sweet ice cream treat. After heading back to the center, everyone can plant a flower or two to help beautify the outside of LFCC and then we will play UNO. There will be one drop-off location at LFCC, BUT two pick-up locations...The Brookfield Conference Center and LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin). If not using IRIS, the cost is $55 (cash or Venmo) which includes the cost of mini golfing and ice cream. If Rad Respite is already added to the IRIS plan, there is no additional cost.
Wednesday, May 6, 3:15 - 6:45 pm -- Do you like crafting? Would you like to learn how to do glass fusing? It is the art of layering glass and firing it in a kiln to permanently join the design and give it texture and shape. This is an artistic evening that is very safe. You will decorate a 3" x 4" base and select your fuse. The glass will be fired to a nightlight so it is ready to plus in and light your way https://app.getoccasion.com/p/n/j4GLp7Dc/v5 . There will be two drop-off and pick-up locations... Goerke's Corners Park n' Ride and LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd.) If not using IRIS, the cost is $75 (cash or Venmo) which covers the cost of the project. If Rad Respite is already added to the IRIS plan, the additional cost is $30.
Friday, May 8, 5:00 - 8:30 pm -- Dress your best and dance with our friends from LFCC and West Allis West Milwaukee Rec Center at the RADD prom. We will take pictures at LFCC with our friends. Parents are welcome. Then we will head to the WAWM Rec Center for dinner and dancing. There will be ONE drop-off location at LFCC and two pick-up locations...the Brookfield Conference Center and LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin). If not using IRIS, the cost is $70 (cash or Venmo) which will include the cost of the dinner and dance. If Rad Respite is already included in the IRIS plan, the additional cost is $15 for the dinner.
Monday, May 11, 6:15 - 8:15 pm -- Ready for LFCC's movie night with friends? "Encanto" will be playing on LFCC's indoor "big screen". Bring a blanket and your own beverage. Chocolate eclair torte will be served as a dessert! Gluten-free cupcakes will also be served. The drop-off and pick-up location will be at LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin). Want/need to car pool? Let Becki know and she will put you in touch with someon who lives close. This is not considered a Rad Respite Event. The cost is $20 (cash or Venmo).
Friday, May 15, 6:00 - 9:30 pm -- A spring concert performed by the Exceptional Chours (which includes some of our LFCC friends), a bake sale, and time with friends is a great way to celebrate the spring season. Please eat dinner before coming but enjoy dessert there from the bake sale. There will be two drop-off and pick-up locations...the Brookfield Conference Center and LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin). If not using IRIS, the cost is $55 (cash or Venmo) plus money to spend at the bake sale. If Rad Respite is already added to the IRIS plan, the only money needed is $5-10 cash to cover the cost of something at the bake sale.
Saturday, May 30, 2:00 pm - 5:30 pm -- It's bowling time at Alpine Lines in Muskego! Friends will enjoy laughter and conversation while bowling 3 games. Pizza and nonalcoholic beverages will be served. Participants can order from Alpine's menu if they would like to eat something other than pizza. There will be one drop-off location at LFCC AND two pick-up locations...the Brookfield Conference Center and LFCC (5000 S. Sunny Slope Rd). If not using IRIS, the cost is $60 (cash or Venmo). Thursday, May 28, 5:30 - 9:00pm -- Are you ready for an adult-night out with friends? Enjoy dinner and a drink, and live music from Ryan McIntyre at the Rox Bar. Participants will need to bring their own money for dinner and beverages and must have their parents' permission to purchase alcholic beverages. The Rox Bar requires peopleto be 21 in order to participate. Drop off and pick up will be at two locations....LFCCC (5000 S Sunny Slope Rd, New Berlin) and the Goerke's Corners Park n' Ride. If this is not using IRIS, the cost is $50 (cash or Venmo) plus money for food and drink. If Rad Respite is already added to the IRIS plan, the only money needed is for food and drink purchased.
