As the founder, I’m passionate about helping people of all abilities live their best lives—making sure they have the support to reach their goals and pursue what matters most to them.

I began working with young adults with disabilities at Greenfield High School, where I welcomed students with Down syndrome, autism, and traumatic brain injuries into my classes. I later worked with the Down Syndrome Association of Wisconsin, teaching daily living skills, leading community outings, and serving as a case coordinator. Most recently, I was an IRIS consultant with TMG, managing over 52 cases.

I’ve spent my career working in education and social services, supporting children, teens, older adults, and individuals with developmental and behavioral disabilities.

Over the years, I’ve worked as a Licensed School Counselor, Instructional Interventionist, Cross Categorical Educational Assistant, and Academic Program Associate in higher education. I’ve also worked in nonprofit and social service roles helping children and adults with developmental disabilities as well as medically frail older adults.

What I enjoy most is getting to know people, helping them feel supported, and being part of their growth, independence, and everyday successes.
